My client is looking for a Senior Production Engineer tojoin their team in Yorkshire.
Home to a wide variety of unique and innovative technologies spanning several Defence and Commercial sectors, including Space, SATCOM, Interconnects & Energetics and RF/Microwave Systems there's plenty to keep you engaged and busy at this company.
The Senior Production Engineer will be responsible for supporting the clean room by creatingthe assembly documentation, drawings, processes and jigs whilst verifying and validating new tools and equipment. You'll be an integral part of the Engineering Design Team contributing to the DfM
reviews for internal designs and build to print for external customers.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of clean room requirements including developing and creating clean room processes. Additionally, you'll need good knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials as well as MIL-STD-883and IPC-A-610 standards.
Supporting clean room staff with training and assistance will mean you'll need good interpersonalskills too.
