Senior Project Manager - Tewkesbury - Defence - £60,000
Complex projects require an experienced Project Manager to runthem. Someone with drive and the ability to foresee what's needed before it's needed. This is integral in all company projects,especially when you're working with such a reputable name behind you.
Tewkesbury hosts a business known for its quality in its products, its engagement and its ability to keep to deadlines. This is something you'd need to mirror. External stakeholder management will be your main responsibility ensuring a smooth process through multiple projects valued around £150,000 and singleprojects with a value of up to £6,000,000.
This is working with non-offensive end-to-end encryption based devices within thecyber security/defence sector.
A technical engineering background will go a long way to help you hold detailed conversationswith technical people. Part of your role will allow you to champion the Bid process by managing the production of bid submission and forecast future work.
You will have a 5% non-contributory pension on top of your basic as well as a bonus, 25 days holiday, flexible working and a half day on Fridays!
* 5+ Years PM Experience
* Strong external stakeholder management
* Prince 2
* Strong written and verbal communication
* SC clearance/Ability to gain Sc clearance
* Desirable to have a technical engineering background (ideally in Embedded Software or Electronics)
