Description:
I amcurrently working with a housing association in Liverpool that are currently looking to bring in a Compliance Manager to lead ontheir statutory obligations for Asset Compliance.
This is an interim role offering a competitive daily rate.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing an effective and timely programme of Safety inspections, servicing, repairs and risk mitigation activity.
You will investigate incidents accidents and complaints, working with appropriate internaland external stakeholders to ensure investigations are brought to an effective and timely conclusion.
The succesful candidate will have:
·Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification e.g. HNC in Building or NEBOSHGeneral, or equivalent.
·Knowledge of Asset Compliance within Social Housing, including government and industry guidance, British standards, building regulations and the requirements of Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Asbestos management, legionella control and lifting equipment.
