We are keen to hear from Project Managers of all levels from both professional and trade backgrounds who are looking to further their career:

 

  • Project Manager – Working within a dynamic operational team of Project, Contract and Site Managers. Responsible for the successful delivery of selected projects during the entire production phase.

Responsibilities to include:

 

  • Procurement of materials and sub-contract packages in budget and in accordance with procurement programmes
  • Sub-contractor management – including preparation of tender packages, procurement, tracking and managing variations, coordination of revised drawings and documentation, assessment of applications.
  • Building and maintaining ongoing supply chain relationships
  • Raising and monitoring of requests for information with appropriate parties
  • Ensuring works run to budget and programme. Periodically monitoring, updating and revising project programmes
  • Reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Attending formal progress meetings with clients and design teams
  • Chairing monthly internal progress reviews
  • Identification and pricing of variations to contracted works
  • Producing and issuing interim applications for payment, valuation and financial claims
  • Monitoring and updating project cash flow forecasts
  • Production and settlement of final accounts
  • Team based problem solving of design & engineering challenges
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships within the building team, developing trust and support for colleagues and managers
  • Effectively manage and use operational information, communicating effectively both written and verbally
