Description:
You will be overseeing the management of each contract, across the big6 areas of compliance, with chief focus on asbestos, fire safety and electrical safety. You will develop and implement compliance programmes, manage risk with contractors, review technical specifications, and overall promote best practice and legislation,adhering to statutory regulations.
Location: Berkshire area
Requirements
* Health & Safety qualification -IOSH or NEBOSH, or equivalent experience
* Asbestos management
* P405 Managing Asbestos is desirable
* RICS, RIBA, CIOB or CIBSE is desirable
* Full clean driving license with own transport
