Description:
I am working with a housing association in Central London to support them with their search for an interim Development Manager.
In this role you will take schemes from planning, to go through the procurement process with the building contractor and deliver the scheme through to the defects period and beyond.
You will be managing a team of 5 people and so you will need line managementexperience in addition to project management experience.
A large amount of the role will be programme management as opposedto individual project management and so you must be able to build spreadsheets and using appraisal and cash flow management software.
You must have experience of delivering high quality social housing.
This is a role that is likely to last for 6 months and is offering a competitive daily rate.
