THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a reputable and regulated property buyer. The business is now seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a business who pride themselves on offering experienced and in-depth knowledge to their clients. This is the perfect role for a self-starter Digital Marketer who is confident and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Content auditing and optimisation
* Create and optimise meta data to improve search engine rankings and clicks
* Building and managing PPC strategies
* Manage and report GoogleAds account
* Building and executing on paid and organic social media campaigns across all social media outlets
* Implementing SEO strategies and manging SEO audit and local SEO alongside social media strategies
* Reporting on campaign performance and managing KPI's
THE PERSON:
* At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within property or real estate* Preferably Google Ads/Analytics Certified
* Extensive knowledge and experience in SEO and PPC
* Social media managementand strategy
* Competent in MS Office
* Strong written skills
* Team player with the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and towards deadlines
ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
* Up to £30,000 (dependant on experience)
* 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
