Title - Project Officer- Newbuild fire safety
Location - Bristol
Salary - £28'000
Our client, a large house building, local Housing association requires a project officer to take Responsibility for the project management of their newbuild fire safety review programme. The role encompasses customer, internal and external stakeholder liaison, site visits and co-ordination of surveys and remedial works.
With a healthy existing stock, our client is also delivering on an ambitious development programme, which will see the need for ongoing compliance and Safety support.
**This role will suit someone with an exceptional administration background looking to enter the Project Management arena.
Responsibilities
* Be passionate about providinga great service to customers
* Demonstrate the ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to an advanced level.
* Evidence recent experience of database administration or general ICT administration within an organisation which deals with largevolumes of varied and variable data.
* Have excellent attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work on my own initiative, be organised and methodical managing my own time effectively and prioritising a varied workload.
* Have excellent numeracy skills and the ability to understand and interpret statistical information.
* Demonstrate an ability to produce clear, accurate reports on complex issues to a variety of audiences.
* Evidence excellent communication and relationship building skills* Demonstrate the ability to follow process and procedures with experience of audit processes and maintaining the relevant documentation.
* Hold full driving licence and have access to transport.
