Head Land Manager and Joint Venture
Salary: Up to £80,000
Location: Midlands

We are pleased to be supporting a Midlands-based housing provider in their search for a Land and Joint Venture Lead
If you have excellent communication and outstanding negotiation skills, then this is the job for you.
As the lead for Land and Joint Venture, you will identify new land opportunities for a range of developments on a cost-effective basis, whilst also maintaining and enriching the joint venture relationship.
You will work very closely with the internal and external stakeholders to maximise the value of theland and support the achievement of our ambitious company goals.
Responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and expanding key contact base
* Prepare reports to secure approval for land and property acquisitions.
* Identify land suitable for residential development
* Developing innovative joint venture partnerships and funding solutions to support the delivery ofthe development programme.
