I am working with a dynamic and fast-growing private development company who are looking for a Head of ResidentialSales to leade their sales team. They have a large pipeline of work and over 1000 units currently on site. This candidate willhelp create and drive the sales strategy.
About You:
* Experience with business development and sales within the residential sector for a developer or agent.
* Previous experience of 10 years plus in a senior level sales position.
* Self-Motivated, Target and Goal driven individual.
* Previous experience of manage and lead a sales and business development team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Role:
* To drive forward the Residential Sales business and oversee the sales team to ensure they perform to the required standards of MCR Property Group whilst meeting their and the group's targets.
* Accountable for developing and achieving the sales and marketing strategy for this region to ensure maximum revenueis achieved.
* Ensure that the teams are providing excellent customer service to guests and clients.
* Work collaborativelywith construction to ensure build and sales programmes and aligned to achieve budget
* Provide regular communication of progress and sales progression at least weekly.
* Help build a strong, results orientated culture within the department.
