LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
BIRMINGHAM
UP TO £22,000 + OTE £35K UNCAPPED + POOL CAR
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are exclusively representing a leading and reputable property business located in Birmingham. As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding tenants for new homes to rent andhelping landlords rent their properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator who is looking for an autonomous role and a rewarding and encouraging culture.
THE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR ROLE:
* As the Lettings Negotiator, you'll be efficiently dealing with tenant and landlord enquiries.
* Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants.
* Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
* Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
* Ensuring the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place.
THE PERSON:
* Experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager / Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager within residential and commercial lettings is desirable
* Experience in a busy customer facing role
* Strong communication and relationship building skills with Landlords
* Full UK Driving licence
* Ability to multi-task and ensure that the team meets the business objectives
