LETTINGS/SALES MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a multi award-winning estate and letting agent in the heart of Birmingham. The business is now seeking a Sales Director to join them on a fulltime, permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a business who pride themselves on offering a high-quality service to their clients. This is the perfect role for an experienced Sales Manager who has previous experience working within real estate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for setting and driving targets, including conversation rates and quantity of sales
* Developing, organising and reviewing all training needs for the team
* Creating a plan for portal management, to include listing of properties
* Production of 'lead' reports and feeding into the marketing plan to enhance lead introduction
* Setting clear standard of excellence and confidence in addressing a situation when they are not upheld
* Liaising with HR to manage annual appraisals for the team
* Assist in increasing revenue by negotiating ancillary deals and referral feeswith partners
* Frequently monitor the website and make changes where necessary
* Manage relationships with new and existingclients
* Deliver consistent and frank feedback with your team on a weekly basis
* Attending all senior team meetings to provide feedback
THE PERSON:
* At least 5 years' experience in real estate sales
* Must have vision and drive to achieveresults
* Strong leadership skills of teams and individuals
* Ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced environment
* Strategic thinker
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Commitment to excellence
