Working in partnership with a Local Authorityin London. Panoramic Associates, are currently looking for a Principal Infrastructure Planning Officer.
The successful candidate will make an important contribution to the regeneration of the borough, through the planning for and provision of infrastructure. You will help to guarantee that growth and regeneration is delivered in line with corporate priorities
The mainrole of the Infrastructure Planning Officer will be:
* Lead the effective establishment, improvement and implementation, administration, monitoring, and enforcement of the S106
* Monitor and ensure compliance with financial and non-financial obligations
* Ensure S106 accounts are reconciled
* Lead on the production of S106
