Description:
Role duties
* Work across several projects from inception to completion
* Run the minor works schemes for the refurbishment of properties and housing units
* Drive fire safety and compliance, placing it at the forefront of each scheme
* Manage the consultant team
* Deliver the onsite phase on each project with the contractor
* Undertake resident consultation and quality service
Requirements
* Relevant qualification or degree, or considerable experience as a Project Manager within Housing/ Residential/ Homes
* High ability to deal with technical issues and provide solutions
* A comprehensive understanding of H&S within property and construction
* Ability to develop and keep strong relationships with residentsand contractors
* Valid driving license and access to vehicle
