PROPERTY MANAGER
STRATFORD UPON AVON
UP TO £38,000 PER ANNUM

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth of the business, Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a leading estate agency based in Stratford upon Avon, to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of properties. With the support of your team, you will ensure that all residents issues are resolved in aswift and professional manner.

THE ROLE:
* As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties
* Carry out regular checks on the properties and manage complex issues through to resolution
* Review and tender service contracts
* Prepare service charge budgets
* Review and report on expenditure and monitor arrears
* Provide other client and management reporting as requested
* Play a key partin the development of the business by identifying new clients and developments
* Supporting your team, working towards KPI's and targets
* Complete other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role
* Experience within a property management role involving leasehold and estate management
* Financial awareness through the management of accounts/budgets
* A clean driving license
* Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
* Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
*Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
* A commitment to providing customer service.
