PROPERTY MANAGER
NEWBURY
UP TO 27,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS + PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Dueto growth of the business Get Recruited are currently recruiting for an award winning estate agency based in Newbury, to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The role of property administrator is to oversee a portfolio of fully managed portfolio properties and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
THE ROLE:
* Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Meeting with clients visiting the office
* Responding to enquiries via e-mail
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback onproperty inspections and maintenance work
* Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties (after training)
* Dealing with allmaintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 1 years experience within a similar role.
*Experience at as a residential property administrator/ property manager
* Excellent verbal communication skills to communicatewith a diverse client group and internal staff.
* Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
* A commitment to providing customer service.
