£25,000 - £30,000 BASIC + BONUS

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long established and award-winning Estate Agency that is experiencing a significant growth period, as such, they are now seeking a Property Manager to look after a portfolio of approximately 150 properties within the localised area.
You'll be working as part of a well-established team, therefore, they will either consider a Property Administrator who is seeking their first step into Property Management or an experienced Property Manager looking for their next challenge within the industry.

THE PROPERTY MANAGER ROLE:
* Responsible for the Property Management of a portfolio of 150 properties within the localised area
* As a Property Manager, you'll be meeting with Landlords and Tenants, providing first class customer service and building long lasting relationships
* Conducting periodicproperty inspections and generating reports
* Responsible for undertaking final check-out inspections and organising corrective maintenance
* Working closely with the maintenance team to organise preventative and reactive repairs to the properties
*Updating the internal CRM system with regards to reports
* Providing support to other Property Managers
* Attending internal meetings and contributing constructively
* General property administration
THE PERSON:
* Previous residential property experience in a similar position such as; Property Manager, Property Coordinator or Property Administrator
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant relationships with landlords and tenants
* Computer literate with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
* Professional individual who is keen to develop with an expanding company
