Up to £33,000 + £60,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long established and award-winning Estate Agency that is experiencing a significant growth period, as such, they are nowseeking a Property Valuer to generate and undertake valuations of residential properties.
You'll be working as part of a well-established team, therefore they are looking for a talented and hard-working property valuer, ideally with experience within estate agency. Candidates with experience in commercial property valuation will also be considered.

Thisis a truly fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is seeking to join a forward thinking and growing company.Property Valuer Responsibilities:
* Generating and undertaking property valuations on residential properties in the surrounding area
* Liaising with clients to effectively market properties following a valuation
* Handling enquiries over the phone, clients coming into the office and via email regarding any listings
* Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process.
* Support the sales negotiators throughout the sales process
Property Valuer Skills and Experience:
* Have experience in property valuation, estate agent, or listings
* Experience as a residential property valuer is preferred however a commercial property valuer will be considered
* Must have undertaken and generatedvaluations on a regular basis in a previous role
* A Full UK driving license is essential
