I am working with an exciting Housing Association who are looking to bring a programme manager into their regeneration team to line manager Project Managers, lead on procedure and delivery a number of large estate refurbishments.Job Title: Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Line manage a team of two project managers
* Responsible for large estate refurbishments andmajor improvements on blocks of flats.
* Working across Development, Maintenance and Housing team.
* Use your construction experience to lead on a number of major improvements and large refurbishments of affordable residential schemes. This could include projects from large refurbishments to fire door refurbishments.
* Manage the project team, understanding contractor sand ensure they are sticking with procedures, manage the design team and work with them to find areas for improvements.
