THE COMPANY
We are currently working on behalf of a bespoke and award winning estateagents, who provide their clients with property managements, sales and lettings. Priding themselves on focusing on making your property stand out from the crowd and ensure that you receive the highest level of customer service. Due to expansion, they are now expanding the sales and letting team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales and lettings negotiator who islooking to achieve qualifications and is highly motivated to join a growing Estate Agents.
THE ROLE
* Making contact, both over the phone and face to face with potential customers
* Matching clients effectively to suitable properties
* Overseethe negotiation process ensuring an exceptional level of customer service
* Identify all opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products
* Ensure all information is filled out accurately on the database
* Liaise with internal and externalcontacts when required
* Respond to all incoming calls and emails
* Recognise opportunities to increase business
THE PERSON
* ESSENTIAL to have 1 year of estate agency / sales negotiator / lettings negotiator experience
* ESSENTIAL to have a driving licence and car
* Be well presented
* Highly articulate
* Be a team player
* Effective communicator
* Proven experience of hitting KPIs
* Confident and enthusiastic
