THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a multi award-winning estate and letting agent in the heart of Birmingham. The business is now seeking TWO Letting Consultants to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join abusiness who pride themselves on offering a high-quality service to their clients. This is the perfect role for a fresh Graduate who is driven and highly motivated looking to pursue a career within real estate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for registering, qualifying and booking viewings (virtually and physically) for applicants
* Monitor and successfully match qualified applicants to the right properties via the applicant database
* Negotiating the best possible rent for clients and ensuringspecial conditions are clearly defined and agreed
* Managing admin, bookings and viewings in a timely manner
* Inputting relevant information onto database and managing the holding deposit payments
* Reporting back on lettings to the wider team andthe Associate Director on a weekly basis
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience of working in lettings or a customer service/sales role
* Passionate individual who wants to pursue a career in real estate
* Knowledge of Birmingham city centre
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and towards deadlines
* Eagerness and desire to learn and develop
* Immaturely presented at all times
