A Local Authority based in the South East of England is looking to bring on board an experienced Interim Commercial Development Manager. The role willbe for an initial 6 months outside IR35, the long term goal of the role is for an permanent appointment due to an increase of workload within the council.
As part of your role, you will be managing multi-million-pound bespoke projects ranging from £3-100 million involving town centre, garden communities, business park schemes.
Experience required:
* Development management experience across mix-use commercial regeneration sites
* Successful track record of securing planning consents, procuringand leading multi-disciplinary teams,
* Running financial scheme appraisal and modelling, cash flow reporting and diligence inmaintaining compliance audit files for each scheme
* Carrying out initial feasibility and developing a business case
To beconsidered for this position you must have a strong background in regeneration schemes across mix-use commercial units. Exposure of working in the private sector would be advantageous.
