Panoramic Associates is currently working with a London Local Authority client who is looking for a Housing Delivery Project Manager on an initial 6-month interim assignment. The main focus of the role to help deliver the Housing programme.
Other areas of the role:
* Work with relevant colleagues to progress the schemes through procurement whilst mitigating any potential risk
* Effectively communicating with the Councils residents and external consultant to ensure there is clarity on the proposed ideas
* Overseeing a team of consultants safeguard the housing regeneration projects
* Managing project budgets andeffectively communicating with colleagues in finance to access resources
As part of your previous experience, you will have worked for a Local Authority or within a Social Housing setting. It would be advantageous if you currently hold any constructionmanagement qualifications but not essential.
