We are currently looking for an EHC Plan Writer to work within a Local Authority in the North East for 3 a month contract.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
* Work collaboratively with SEN assessment officers on the development on EHC plans which include multi-agency meetings
* Collateall information from families, professionals and support services in relation to individual cases to populate plans
* Adhereto principals and statutory processes as per the SEN Code of Practice
* Work to statutory timescales
* Contribute to the development of best practice and procedures relating to Education, Health and Care Plan writing.
