I have brand new opportunity with my client based in London who is looking for a Principal Planner on a 6 months interim basis. As part of your role, you will be project managing several complex and large planning applications including referable applications from the GLA.
Role details
* Providing leadership and advice to Senior/ Planning Officers
* Strategic planning of 150 + plus residential units
* Facing ongoing challenges and development managementpressures
* Working within a County or District Council setting
