* A track record of operating on a commercial basis
* Evidence of managing and developing housing schemes from inception to completion
* Proven success in managing multiple large-scale projects
* Delivering results in a high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities
* Budget management
* A solid track record in Risk Management
* Contract and contractor management
