Description:
A council in the East of England are looking to secure the services of an interim SEN Manager for an initial 3-month contract.
You will directly line manage 2 SEN Team Managers and have oversight of a team of 6 Case Officers and 2 admin staff.
Duties of the position include:
* Monitoring 20-week process
* Offering guidance and support to the SEN staffs varying caseloads
* Managing more complex cases
* Dealing with disputes, complaints and appeals
You must of experience of managing a SEN team within a local authority to apply.
