SEN Officer / Education Health and Care Plan Coordinator
North West
Duration: 4 months
Have you been writing and amending EHC plans? Do you have the ability to manage your time efficiently, prioritise work and meet deadlines?If you have answered yes to the above then this may be the interim position for you.
Working in partnership with a council based in the Northwest as we are currently looking for an SEN Officer to join a busy SEN team.
As an SEN Officer, you will be outcome-focused and will have previously worked towards key deliverables within statutory deadlines, ultimately adhering to statutory legislation such as SEN Code of Practice and Children and Families Acts.
Requirements of this position include:
* Previous experience as an SEN Officer / Education Health and Care Plan Coordinator
* To draft EHC Plans according
* Managingthe statutory assessment process for the caseload of young people with special educational needs
* To assist in the managementof the provision and delivery of casework in relation to the statutory assessment of children and young people with special educational needs
