SEN Tribunal Manager

Daily Rate: £350-£450
Role details
Working in partnership with a Local Authority in the North East. Panoramic Associates, are currently looking for an expert SEN Tribunal Manager. The successful candidate will be managing the tribunal process including case management, attendance at pre-hearing meetings, and providing instructions tothe SEN legal team. If you are passionate about SEN and the work you do, then this is the team for you.
You will be entering a self-motivated team, who aim to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people with SEN in the local area. We are proud to be working with a Local Authority with an environment that is supportive and rewarding.
As the SEN Tribunal Manager, you will report into the Head of SEN and have no line management responsibilities.
The position is a full-time role and will run for a period of 6-Months.
The main role of the SEN Tribunal Manager will be:
* To lead in mediations andnegotiation with parents and schools
* To manage the tribunal process, including attendance at initial case management.
* To act as the representative for the LA at mediation.
