Role details
Working in cooperation with a Local Authority in the west midlands.Panoramic Associates, are currently looking for an expert Senior SEN Case Officer / Senior EHC plan Co-ordinator, on an Interimbasis to support the team to coordinate outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs.
The SEN Services has an exciting and busy atmosphere where work is carried out professionally and at a fast pace. If you feel you are able to work in a demanding environment and have a high level of resilience this post is for you.
Reporting to the SEN Manager, the successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of SEN and outstanding organisational skills. During this role you will frequentlyliaise with internal and external professionals such as Headteachers and carers while also attending annual meeting reviews andsupporting tribunals.
* Working with schools across the local authority to raise confidence and building capacity for SEN provision.
* Able to find creative, interagency solutions which meet the needs of SEN children in the local area.
* Knowledge of legal SEN Code of Practice and Tribunal processes.
