I am partnering with a leading recruitment firm based in London that is currently looking foran experienced, high energy 360 recruiter to join their market-leading global Cyber Security Financial Services practice.This hire will be joining an existing team of dedicated consultants and partners delivering the full spectrum of talent acrosssectors, covering both the interim and permanent markets across the UK, Middle East, Europe, and North America.
This person will be responsible for recruiting at all levels from Analyst to 'Head of' level, covering information security, GRC and information/technology risk. The desk has the potential to generate high billings with a strong brand name, an excellent network of candidates and buoyant market conditions. There is also the possibility of growth in this sector by winning new clients, optimising the candidate pool and enhancing the quality and breadth of offering.
Our previous hires had a degree from a leading university with a proven track record of 360 recruitment experience. Knowledge of the Information and Cyber Security sector is notessential for this role, but Financial Services client exposure is preferred. The ability to network and business development is essential, and this will be tested at interview.
This role offers a well-established specialist platform, with the freedom to grow and develop the Cyber Security Financial Services market.
