I am working with a global recruitment business who provide permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services to large multinational corporations, creative agencies, SMEs and start-ups in need of digital talent. My client has recently appointed an industry heavyweight to head up the global business as CEO and they now need a billing Director / AssociateDirector to come in and lead from the front in London and eventually become the MD.
This is an opportunity for someone with a Digital recruitment background that has experience managing people. The CEO wants this person to lead from the front, billwell, win business, mentor the team, grow the team and have plans of becoming the Managing Director of London.
This candidate needs to be a positive person with drive and energy to make things happen and inspire others, they will ideally have a number of years of experience recruiting technology and digital professionals and will have a strong track record.
