My client, one of the world's leading and privately owned Executive Search Consulting firms, islooking for an Associate to join their HR Practice. The firm deals with select clients ranging from multi-national to emerging companies to non-profit organisations and is organised around industry and functional practises throughout all major business sectors.
As an Associate, you will be an integral part of a strong team comprised of another Consultant and be supported by a heavily experienced Researcher and Team Assistant. You will support the growth of the business, continuing to create and maintain rapport with both candidates and clients, expanding the knowledge pool of potential future candidates and clients and managing accounts accordingly. Additionally, you will also offer research support and effectively deliver key assignments to agreedtimescales.
The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 5 years' experience, although polished contingent HR recruiterswho wants to move into Executive Search will also be considered. You will be degree-educated from a top university and be highly articulate with outstanding communications and organisation skills.
The successful candidate as an Associate in the HR Practice will be rewarded with the opportunity to join a Practice regarded as one of two market leaders in the UK, and have full exposure to the most senior business leaders in the UK. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of sectors and scales of business from global Financial Services institutions, Healthcare, Industrial and Energy businesses through to Technology, Media and Online Fashion businesses.
