Location: Dudley - £18,000- £20,000 + OTE

Concept are looking for a junior recruitment consultant that is looking to build their career a progress with the business.
You will be joining a team of both experienced and junior consultants within an established market. You will be tasked with growing a technology desk and developing existing accounts to increase GP.

This position is within our successful Technology team where you will be focusing on building a desk and placing candidates on a contract or permanent basis.

Profile:
You will have had office-based sales experience, ideally within a business to business environment. Any experience of outbound telesales or general B2B sales experience is very desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
You should be able to clearly demonstrate your achievementsto date either academically or throughout your work history. You will be confident, ambitious and focused on progressing your career.
The Package
* Basic Salary: £18,000- £20,000
* OTE: £22,000 - £24,000
