My client is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their London Office. Leaders in international Executive Search, my client are well regarded specialists within Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (as wellas interlinked areas such as finance). They have been enjoying a steady growth over the last 6 years and have offices in almostevery continent.
The role will involve all aspects of Executive Search research, including candidate identification and networking, competitor analysis, knowledge management, approaching, motivating and assessing potential candidates etc. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months' experience as a researcher, they will be commercially savvy, friendly, and team focussed whilst being focussed on results.
