My client is a global, top tier firm within executive search and are looking for a Principal Researcher to join their Industrial practice. This role will suit a professional, commercially minded and enthusiastic individual who will be expected to provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects. This person supports partners and consultants, does research, manages the workload passed to the rest of the Industrial research team and mentors other researchers. This is a very well-established practice who have a great reputation in their space.
This role is for someone who is a career researcher - it is not for someone who is en route from researcher to consultant. It is a role where you haveto wear many hats and multi task, interacting with people throughout the business. The successful hire will be part of a friendly and professional team; It's a very collaborative environment, with a lot of different nationalities working there.
