My client is a leading City based Recruitment Consultancy firm specialising in Banking, Finance, Commodities, Risk and more. They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to jointheir young and rapidly advancing team to cover their Financial Services/Banking sector.
The role of Recruitment Consultant will be heavily consumer-focussed as you will network with and headhunt potential candidates, offering them an exceptional service as you guide and support them throughout the entire interview process. As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage key client accounts, updating the database regularly and ensuring accurate input of information.
The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Service/Banking Recruitment. Experience in a functional specialism such as Marketing/HR/Compliance/Operations is advantageous. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be an outgoing and high-spirited individual withdrive and determination. Degree qualification is not essential if high levels of ambition and a hunger to succeed are displayed.
In return, the successful candidate as a Recruitment Consultant will be supported and encouraged in fast career progression towards managerial/specialist roles.
