We are partnered with a specialist recruitment firm who recruits life sciences professionals into leadingglobal Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and CRO companies with knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. Their core areas are: Clinical Development, Chemical Operations, Regulatory Affairs all within Pharma and BioTech industries.
They are a smallboutique with headquarters in London and another office in Manhattan, they have strong growth ambitions and a team orientated culture. The team have a strong billing history with a consultant billing 170k in her first 6 months and another billing 400k intheir first 12 months! They offer excellent support to get candidates up to speed and then a lot of autonomy to run a desk how you see fit. They are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to head up their clinical operations desk as well as someone todo perm for regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus recruitment experience, with at least 12 months in aLife Sciences background. They will be money motivated and keen to work on senior mandates within Life Sciences.
Minimum fees are £11k with top fees being £140k, the average fee is £25k which will bring the consultant into the 30% commission bracket,they have a very generous remuneration structure which allows consultants to bill very well. Recent roles they have placed include: President of Pharmaceuticals, CEO - Pharma business, Global VP of Pharma, Heads of and Director level etc.
