They are looking for Recruitment Consultants/Senior Recruitment Consultants for their Strategy team.
As a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultantfor the Strategy team, primarily you will contribute to the growth of the business. You will offer an exceptional service to both clients and candidates, as you work with senior hires and C-level candidates, overseeing the entire candidate interview process, mapping market trends and managing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus commission, with the average fee of the company being £20000 therefore high earning potential. My client is considering candidates from any background - currently none of the existing UK team has come from a Strategy-related Recruitment background so are very open on sector experience. In return, they are looking for highly ambitious and capable individuals who have an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding targets from a professional Recruitment background and who are looking to move into a new sector where they can work on larger fee roles with very credible candidates.
