My award winning client is a global Executive Search, Recruitment, interim and RPO specialist and is seeking aTraining Manager/Delivery Manager to grow a grads team.
The client is a true specialist in tech and work with an impressive client base across Technology, Software, FinTech, IT services etc. The business is almost 20 years old and has an international presence with clients across 40 countries meaning much of the work the hire would work on is international.
The successful hire will have experience in training and developing junior recruiters, they will be patient, organised, keen to move from delivery or 360 role into training and development. Will have to train on BD and delivery so needs 360 experience during their career. Not necessarily someone very experienced but with at least 3-4 years' experience in the IT recruitment industry.
