They are a very team orientated business with people joining thebusiness from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, they speak many languages and have PhDs, MBA and MAs.
After successfully hiring two data analysts, with the help of Carlin Hall, they are looking for another one, possibly two, to join their growing business.
This is a great opportunity to learn executive search. This role includes responsibilities of analysing data,supporting BD by mapping, analysing market trends and number for pitches etc. This is a great entry/training role as initiallythis will be a non-client facing role so the hire will have time to get up to speed without being exposed. After 12 months the hire will be ready to become a full on researcher, if they wish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong education, they will be tenacious with a 'get stuck in' attitude. This role will sit among the European team so a language or some sort of affiliationwith Europe will be beneficial.
