Executive Search Associate - Entertainment industry
I've partnered with a large Executive Search firm with multiple offices worldwide. This firm has instructed me to search for an Associate to complement their large existing offering in London. This hire will join a Practice that focuses on the global entertainment industry.
This practice focuses on Senior Director, Executive and Board level retained searches, particularly in Gaming, Media and Sports sectors.
The Associate will assist in search delivery and execution process, working closely with primary Partner in tandemwith consistent client business development. This hire will be expected to develop excellent relationships with key industry stakeholders by hosting and/or attending marketing and business development events. There is also scope for this hire to be involved with the development of the practice internally through the mentorship and advisory of junior colleagues in the research function.
The successful candidate will have previous career credibility within Executive Search, a strong commercial acumen and be committed to the constant delivery of best practice.
The basic salary for this position is between £45k-£65k and this hire will be eligible for performance-related bonuses paid annually. There are also several other benefits on offer - detailsof which will be available on request.
