My client, a global specialist Executive firm based in London are looking for highly capable experiencedExecutive Search Consultants to join their highly regarded Financial Services London-based practice.
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work across either their areas of Finance, Technology, Compliance, Financial Planning, Operations, General Insurance and Private Equity both UK and Internationally. They operate out of international offices are typically operateson a retained basis between the £100k-£250k salary bracket and placements are typically from 'Heads of'/'Director' level up to C-suite.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to the FS arena and have excellent relationship management skills at a very senior level, so the ability to comfortably liaise at senior or executive level and the ability to originate business and run processes all the way through to completion are both necessary.
The successful candidate will be offered significantbase salaries and a very attractive bonus scheme. The client invests heavily in their staff and in the last 6 months have only lost 1 person from 51 employees, therefore have an exceptionally high employee retention rate.
