My client is an executive search boutique who are split into two halves - financial services (fund management, research and private equity) and Industrials (key areas; property, infrastructure, energy and utilities). The businessis performing very well and last year the group annual revenue was over £5m.
They are looking for a researcher to supportcommerce and industry/industrials consultants. Due to the strong demand in Industrials (Search and Interim) that they are experiencing. They have recently won a sizeable contract with a large transport and infrastructure client and there is a large flow of work for search and interim/contract consultants.
A successful researcher, here, could purely execute (but need to be client friendly and confident on phone) but also could be someone who would want to transition into more involved role over time.The successful hire will be an ambitious grad with a couple years' experience working within senior level recruitment or retained search but must have some experience working on retained mandates.
