I am currently partnering with an industry expert within senior finance recruitment looking to hire Financial Recruiters into their London office. They are looking for recruitment consultants with impressive personable skills as they believe they can teach anyone the sector.
You will be working with all levels of finance from Financial Controller to CFO's, you must be comfortable speaking to senior level candidates on a regular basis. You will be responsible for supporting and executing searches to identify and attract candidates using the parameters set by the client.
A boutique business that has doubled its revenue in the last 12 months by placing candidates into private equity backed companies across the UK and Europe. Within the executive team all work is fully retained. The successful candidate will join a company with a strong loyal client basebuilt up over a decade of excellence.
Sector experience not required but 1+ years recruitment experience in desirable andthe right attitude to succeed in a fast paced and demanding role.
