I am working with a multifunctional international recruitment business who have are 7 offices across the globe withover 100 billing heads, 50 of which in the London HQ. They are very well established with over 30 years of experience and success with a strong name across Technology, Marketing, HR as well as Finance.
The Marketing Practice is looking to replace its Head of Practice who is going to run one of the offices in Asia. This practice operates across both FS and C&I with warm FS business to hand over to the new hire. There will be room and budget to grow the team of 3 by another 3 heads within 18 months. Everyone in the business has the choice of either Perm, Temp or a Dual Desk and this hire will have the autonomy to run the practice as they see fit.
They are looking for candidates who have a strong track record within Marketing Recruitment, management experience is preferable but they are keen to see candidates who have passion, work hard and have the intelligence to be recognised with good training, career progression and financial reward.
