My client, a boutique executive search firm, is looking to grow its Technology level offering by appointing a Partner to run their Healthtech practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm led by industry leaders. This firm has an excellent reputation for delivering retained assignments not only within the UK but across EMEA, the Americas and the Far East.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the success of the business. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates and grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion.You will have a track record of winning top tier clients within executive search, achieving growth for you and your team through business development and origination. Your self-motivation, drive and commitment to earn fees will be matched by your strongleadership skills, ability to develop staff and desire to be a dynamic team player in the wider business model.
You willhave significant experience in a retained search environment, winning roles at C-suite level with a global remit and a strong track record of profitability.
