The Client
My client is a multi award winning commercial company based in South Wales and West England. Working with offices, manufacturers as well as renowned car showrooms and building facilities across South Wales and Bristol. My client prides themselves ongiving people the opportunity to grow.
The Role The role is a vital one as you will own and develop the end-to-end recruitment process, going above and beyond to advocate that my client really is a great company to work for! My client is looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best candidate experience. Your role will be to help build a strong employee brand and create new and innovative sourcing strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for using innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates using social media channels to the best advantage.
Using marketing andPR to promote the employer brand.
Providing an excellent candidate experience/journey during the recruitment and onboardingprocess.
Own the recruitment process and related paperwork in its entirety including:
* Screening interviews via telephone/ video calls
* Managing testing and feedback
* Extending offers and sending letters
* Pre employment checks
* Inductions
You will work closely with the Operations team on a daily basis, communicating with them to create a great on boarding andinduction experience, challenging appropriately to ensure success.
Manage and use social media channels to communicate withcandidates and talent pool keeping them warm through interactions and marketing.
Put forward ideas on improving the recruitment department, processes and procedures, taking on board best practice ideas and suggesting possible solutions
Network with other internal recruiters, partners etc to build knowledge of best practice, share ideas and build strategic relationships
Organise, deliver and attend events that focus on attracting talent
Requirements
