Package: Up to £26,000 Basic + a great commission structure and a strong benefits/rewards package.
What experience and qualities do I need?
We're looking for a fun, friendly and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business, you'll need the following experience and qualities;
* Current recruitment agency experience working as an ITRecruitment Consultant
* A billing track record as an IT Recruitment Consultant within Perms and/or Contract Recruitment
* Be highly motivated and career driven, ideally, you'll be someone who wants to take promotional steps within the business once you've built your specialism
* A true passion to deliver a 'best in class' service to our clients and candidates
* Ability tocommunicate at all levels and confidently be able to challenge clients in a professional manner
* Commercially Minded, Self-Organised and the ability to work autonomously
