My client is a market-leading supplier of Paralegal, Contract Lawyers and Lawyers in the UK. They havea varied and extensive client base which ranges from the largest and most prestigious law firms and financial institutions globally, to smaller, specialist boutique firms. They are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for their thrivingLondon practice.
As a Consultant working for my client, you will focus on hiring at Associate-level within Law Firms andFinancial Services, all of which is perm. You will work with a warm client base and a constant stream of jobs from the outset. They are currently a team of 20 which huge growth plans.
Ideally, you will have legal associate recruitment experience however the client is flexible and will consider those from a Professional Services background. You will demonstrate sheer drive andmotivation to contribute to business growth and for financial gain. You will be comfortable and competent to liaise with some ofthe world's most prestigious clients.
The successful candidate will be offered a generous base plus an unrivalled uncapped bonus scheme. There is a clear route to Director-level through a structured and bespoke training programme.
